After discovering that she was intolerant to gluten, wheat, rice, grains, dairy and artificial sugars, Britanie cut these out of her diet and began to eat a diet composed of 70-80% raw food instead. After doing this for five years, she has lost a total of 73 pounds.

She says: ‘I absolutely LOVE eating the way that I do. When I read about the damage that cooked and processed foods and meats are doing to most of the worlds population, it’s truly hard to go back to eating the way that I was.
