Weight loss method: Healthy eating, calorie counting, portion control & exercise
She says: ‘Basically I lost about 60 pounds by simply eating healthy, portion control & moderate/rigorous exercise. It took me about a year and a half to get to where I am today. I didn’t count calories like a crazy person, but I tried not to exceed 1200 calories a day. *The amount of calories one should eat is determined by their stats (height/weight/bmi/built/etc)*. I did cardio, weight training & yoga 3-5 times a week. I cut out absolutely all drinks besides water & unsweetened tea/green tea.’
